#MendInPublicDay Art Installation

A collaboration between artists Adel Ng @muta.wear, Biek Speijk @biekaleidoscope and Natalia Tan @nataliaweaves, participants are invited to reuse textile and yarn scraps to contribute to the community art project, interact with the evolving artwork, and take pictures to share online as part of #MendInPublicDay. We invite everyone, even those who are not yet ready to pick up the needle, to participate in the inaugural Mend In Public Day to spread awareness of mending as an act of resistance against disposable fashion! Head down to Orchard @ Library fast as the first 50 participants get a mending patch made lovingly by the volunteers at Fashion Revolution Singapore!
