Safina Maulida
Safina is a pro-democracy activist and researcher. She graduated from the University of Indonesia, majoring in Philosophy. Her focus is on Women, Peace, and Security (WPS) in her crisis and conflict fieldwork in Asia and Beyond. Safina has also written various research on labor rights, including what happens in fashion as an industry. Not long ago, Safina built a social enterprise on craftswomanship in which the worker is a former woman-forced migrant worker. She’s an avid reader of Woolf and Simone de Beauvoir. She will likely spend weekends hiking or just sit with her charcoal sets to draw still-life.
