Uruguay es un país con larga trayectoria en la industria textil, alcanzando períodos de gran destaque internacional. Asimismo, el país se ha destacado en la protección de los derechos sociales y laborales a lo largo de su historia. Hoy, que el auge de la industria nacional se ha visto desplazado por la moda rápida, queremos destacar a aquellos emprendimientos que eligen el camino de la sustentabilidad y el respeto de los derechos de los involucrados en toda la cadena de suministro; para que sean ejemplo de que, aún con obstáculos y grandes desafíos,  la moda lenta es posible. También es importante para nosotros concientizar a los consumidores sobre quiénes y en qué condiciones se hizo su ropa.

Por otro lado, queremos que la industria de la moda sea respetuosa con el ambiente, por lo que apostamos a la difusión de la sustentabilidad como pilar fundamental.
