Isca is a trained architect with a passion for architecture that reflects the people it is created for, with social and environmental sustainability at the core. She believes that good design documents the relationship between humans and the landscape, part of any successful project.

With a strong interest in transparency and sustainability, Francisca took a new direction into artisan crafts when she moved to Myanmar. There, she founded alala Myanmar, a platform providing products for a more sustainable and greener lifestyle in Myanmar, helping people leave a lighter foot print behind. 

As swapper-in-chief and founder of Swap Up Yangon, Isca has created the first ever place in Myanmar where Fashion swapping is available. With a mission to increase the life-span and love of every single piece of fashion, Swap Up hopes to inspire everyone in Myanmar to be more mindful and conscious consumers. 

Happy, bubbly, and always with a smile, she focuses on the bright side of life wherever she is. Passionate about art, a Maker and a team leader, she has is bold and creative. She is super energized to mobilize for a better fashion industry in Myanmar, a country whose colors, textiles, crafts and heritage made her fall in love.
