The “Sustainable Accessories” workshop offers a creative and mindful experience, teaching participants how to transform waste and discarded materials into unique fashion pieces. During the activity, participants will learn techniques for repurposing fabrics, trims, and other materials that would otherwise be thrown away, creating accessories such as necklaces, bracelets, brooches, and headpieces.
In addition to stimulating creativity and artisanal craftsmanship, the workshop encourages reflection on responsible consumption, sustainability, and the circular economy in fashion. The initiative values original design, demonstrating that it is possible to create beauty, style, and identity from what is often considered trash. Open to the public interested in fashion, crafts, and sustainability, the workshop encourages creative autonomy and reinforces the transformative potential of reusing materials.

I work on the Escola de Divines project of the Secretariat for Human Rights, where we provide training and a new perspective on life for the LGBTQI+ population in vulnerable situations.
