This global day of action invites us to slow down and care for what we already own. If you sew, darn, or mend — join us and help make small repairs have a big impact. We will have a FabPatch on hand for speedy repairs or come along to learn and get help in repairing your favourite items.

Mend In Public Day is an annual day of collective action which falls within Fashion Revolution Week. The idea is simple: get out into your local community and stitch in protest against disposable fashion. Amidst busy Saturday shoppers, we will repair our torn pockets, broken seams and loose buttons and spark conversations on making clothes last.

Mend in Public Day stands as a beacon of change in a world inundated with fashion and textile waste.
