+ Isa Black Woman, 32, born in São Gonçalo (RJ), is a digital influencer, actress, speaker, comedian, and screenwriter. Mother of three children—Dandara, Ícaro, and Zuri—she shares an authentic perspective on motherhood on her social media, including her experience as a non-traditional mother. Ícaro is an autistic child, support level 2, a topic that also runs through her content creation and brings visibility to issues of inclusion and representation. Trained as an actress by Coletivo Preto and CAAL, she also holds a degree in Visual Merchandising and a technical certificate in Fashion Production. With over 8 years of experience in the digital space, she has built an engaged community by producing content that spans Beauty, Motherhood, Humor, and Lifestyle, always with an authentic approach that connects with her reality and that of her audience.
+ Gaby Ferraz, a communications professional with experience in content production, journalistic writing, and digital marketing. She worked as an editor at an independent activist newspaper, developing articles, story ideas, and content focused on critical discourse and public engagement. She currently works as a digital content creator, producing and managing content for online platforms. She is currently a master’s student in the Graduate Program in Media and Daily Life (PPGMC/UFF).+ Giselly Horta (moderator)
Giselly Horta has over a decade of experience in fashion; her professional and academic journey is dedicated to unraveling the complexities of fashion and sustainability through her Bachelor’s degree in Fashion (UVA), Master’s degree in Anthropology (UFF), and, currently, her Ph.D. in Communication (UFF). This work allows her to move between creation, the market, and research, connecting theory and practice for a holistic and conscious perspective. She is a researcher, educator, and creator who views fashion as language, territory, and living history. She moves between anthropology, textiles, and encounters, committed to creating spaces for listening and transformation. She has worked as a fashion designer and fashion producer, ran her own fashion brand focused on reusing discarded jeans, and operated her own marketing agency, where she served various fashion brands. She actively participates in conferences, fashion shows, trade shows, podcasts, and roundtable discussions, and serves as a Fashion Revolution ambassador at UFF.
