More Information: This Fashion Revolution Week all over the world we are coming together to mend and put time and care into the clothing that we already own! Join the Fashion Revolution Toronto team’s Mend in Public Day on April 20th at Christie Pits Park from 1-3pm. One of the most powerful things that you can do is agitate the industry’s status quo. On April 20th 2024 we are coming together in public spaces to demand that the fashion industry take action by refusing to partake in the capitalist system and instead mend our textiles to keep them in loop. All are welcome to come to mend with us! The more we are, the greater the impact we can make! BYO personal mending projects, sewing supplies, holey things and picnic blankets!
