Welcome to Fashion Revolution Malta! Join us in asking #WhoMadeMyClothes across our islands of Malta & Gozo.
Fashion Revolution Malta is proud to be a part of the global movement of Fashion Revolution focusing on creating awareness, engaging with our core community and beyond through different activation formats such as events, social media campaigns and more. Our mission is to educate and engage consumers on our islands about the social & environmental impacts caused by the fashion industry at large and how their consumer choices could enable change on a larger scale. Our aim is to engage said consumers in the conversation to begin asking #WhoMadeMyClothes and demand for a more sustainable fashion industry & circular economy for all.
Currently, our main focus is to engage with the consumer side of the supply chain, with an overarching mission to tap into a wider rage of the supply chain, designers, producers and so on.
Whether, as a consumer, you care about labour rights, human rights or the environmental impacts, you can play a key role in collectively supporting a change within the industry and begin to shift the system. Every action counts and every person’s voice is able to travel further than we think. It is time to make our voices heard.
Our plans for 2020 have been focused on solidifying our team in order for us to create more widespread impacts. 2020 also saw the first student ambassador and student team rise in Malta at the University of Malta. Please get in touch should you want to reach out to them.
